The hotel has 23 rooms and 17 of them overlook a canal which is frequently pass through by gondola's serenades. It's directly managed by the owner Mr.Gino since 1955. He's helped by his son Massimo and is grandaughter Valentina. All the rooms are furnished in modern style and their peculiarity is the cleanliness. The hotel has a very central location in Venice historical centre, it's far no more than two minutes from Rialto bridge and three minutes from San Marco square. As the hotel has also an entrance on a typical venetian canal, is then possible to reach it directly by water taxi or gondola. Some rooms are overlooking the canal and facing Faccanon palace where also the famous Giacomo Casanova once lived.
