Hotel Casa Verardo is an ancient noble Palace of the XVI-century, notified by the italian law as 'Residenza d'Epoca' (Historic Palazzo) for its architectural and historical importance. It has been recently restored with traditional techniques.
Located at only 200 meters far from Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's square is at a 3-minute-walk). Close to ‘Ponte dei Sospiri’ and San Zaccaria.

Guests will find athmosphere, quietness and spacious salons. The palazzo has 3 floors (with lift), 2 'noble floors', Internet point, bar lounge, 2 panoramic terraces over Venice, internet ADSL access from the common areas and from many rooms.

Buffet breakfast is also served in a sunny terrace with canal view.

From this year: an evocative XVI-century private courtyard is available for guests' relax.
