An event for those who are looking for a special way to play with the charm of the Carnival.

Three nights of parties, for living the love-affairs, the magnificence and the decline of the Venetian ‘700, meeting Goldoni, Mozart and his characters, friends and enemies, the ghosts of men of power and in love women.
The public, with the ICAI Actors (Institute for International Commedia dell’Arte), becomes the Protagonist of a show dinner where theatre, music, comedy and joy of food melt together.
MOLINO STUCKY HILTON
Hilton Molino Stucky, Venice is an iconic building with a red brick facade, characteristic windows, battlements, and pointed turrets. Originally built as a flour mill in the 19th century, the building has been triumphantly restored in recent years and converted to form perhaps the most spectacular of all Venice hotels: its triumphant rebirth has been one of the most ambitious European architectural projects of recent years.
MOZART AND GOLDONI: UNITED IN MUSIC
Three evenings of festivity where the estro “on canovaccio” of the Institute of the Commedia of the International Art joins with the delicate and comic spirit of Mozart and Goldoni; for being protagonists of a supper show in which the actors they interact with the public.
ICAI: INTERNATIONAL COMMEDIA DELL’ARTE
The Istituto della Commedia dell’Arte Internazionale (Institute for International Commedia dell’Arte), created and directed by Maestro Gianni De Luigi, develops in 2000 within the Veneto Repertory Theatre Carlo Goldoni. Its aim is to create young professional actors, who confront and grow with internationally acclaimed Art Masters such as Dario Fo, Ferruccio Soleri, Carolyn Carlson. The main topic is the Commedia dell’Arte, in a permanent relationship between innovation and tradition

Friday February 1, 2008 - LOVE AND INTRIGUE: THE FIGURE OF DON GIOVANNI BY MOZART COMPARED TO THE CASANOVA FIGURE BY GOLDONI
The evening will deal with the encounter between Don Giovanni di Lorenzo Da Ponte, character of gestures and music, with his faithful attendant Leoporello – Harlequin, and Giacomo Casanova. The two lovers ‘par excellence’, will compare themselves between dances and intrigues with their feminine conquests
Saturday February 2, 2008 - THE FOUR COURTESANS: VENICE AND THE ORIENT
The ceremonies and the combined marriages in the Venetian ‘700 as described by an unknown Carlo Goldoni: thanks to acrobatics and oriental dances the Carnivals of that time reveal how Venice and its feasts can always be different.
Sunday February 3, 2008 - "I QUATTRO RUSTEGHI" : HAPPY RELATIONS BETWEEN MALES AND FEMALES
The metamorphosis of the masks: Goldoni meets Gods’ disguises of the time. “I Rusteghi” dress up as Centaurs, Mynotaurs leading up to today’s Carnival.
EVENING PROGRAMME
- 7:30 pm arrival of the guests and welcome drink. Performance by the Commedia dell’Arte Internazionale called “Le maschere danzano il Carnevale” (Carnival Masks dance) will take place in one of meeting rooms of the hotel.
