Last year it was cancelled because of the crisis but this year there are no excuses: the Heineken Jammin Festival will take place at San Giuliano Park - Venice and organization has already started. Many are the names of the guests which go around the show circles but the most confirmed foreigner groups for such event could be the Pearl Jam and the Green Day, while Ligabue as far as Italian music is concerned.
Another rumoured important event deals with the postponement of the show on July, in order to avoid the superimposition with the Soccer World Championship or maybe to be sure that bad weather phenomena cannot ruin the concerts like it had already happened in 2007. The HJF could also last longer, thus involving two week ends and being enriched with different free admittance events.
Recently, after the first visit, last September, and the first meeting with the Mayor Massimo Cacciari, the organizers of the event have come back to the lagoon in order to start the planning of the festival: in September there was also Roberto De Luca, President of Milano Concerti, a company of the Live Nation galaxy; on the latest days just Rivi of the Studios company, which arranges all the structures for the Festival, has arrived.
