With Venice Connected you can have the opportunity to buy and print the tickets to Civic Museums at home, avoiding queuing up when acceding

venice-connected4Great news for Venice Connected, the system that, since February 2009, has been giving you the opportunity to buy on line, before coming to Venice, the tickets for public transportation and museums: from now on those who book and buy on line the tickets to Civic Museums, not only can benefit from the discounts offered by the system for boosting Venice Connected, but can also print them directly at home. You can, thus, be directly admitted to museums, without having to further queuing up at the ticket offices or to go to one of the Venice Connected points. Just now London is starting to think of an evolution of its ticketing system changing from the use of paper to the use of the Net. Once in a while, then, Venice, by its Venice Connected system, has proved to be able to surpass the others, by setting off just its main economic income, namely tourism, and using it in an intelligent way. The remarkable improvement of such service has been made possible thanks to the technical cooperation between Teleart, that is the manager of the ticketing services related to Venice Musei Scrl, and Venis, namely the computer company of the Town Hall.
